Highly impressed with the service and the guys . They were very pleasant, arrived exactly on time. Richard was prepared to do a second pick up from a different site as part of the same job for a small additional charge. Great service.! I cannot recommend them highly enough and have kept his details.

This is the 3rd time I have used Richards Rubbish Removal's and can honestly say they are amazing. Quick response to enquiries and quick uplifts too, some even on the same day. Thank you for an excellent service! Contacted Richard yesterday (Sunday) and had a quote almost instantly and arranged a time for the next day. Guys turned up right on time and were cheery ( even for a Monday morning!). Excellent job well done, beds, sofa and unwanted furniture all taken away in preparation for moving house. The guys picked up a 3 piece sofa set, were respectful ,quick and we had a giggle when 1 of them asked me if i was waiting for a new sofa my answer was ""not yet we are going to borrow the cats""( because he thought i was gonna be sitting in a tiny wee cat sofa instead of a 2 seater sofa for humans

I have used Richard and his team often, from general junk to removal of an old hut and it's contents. They are prompt, efficient and a nice friendly group of people who, in my eyes, carry out their job to a very high standard.

Excellent service. I have now used Richard's service four times as we downsized and moved. Each time I have been more than satisfied with all aspects. Responses to requests and estimates are all quickly provided. The team come punctually at the agreed time, work very efficiently and are good humoured and helpful. Our flat had had workmen in - we needed most of the furniture removed in order to reduce the council tax, I despaired when I first went n earlier today - what a bloody mess - but these guys didn’t turn a hair - everything removed in no time. Really nice guys, and a lovely lady too, who were utterly professional. Will definitely use again and honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. On the day he arrived on time and promptly removed what was required...

I used these guys today. Live on top floor, it was a three, two seater sofa and chair. All just flame retardant therefore charity shops refused them. Nothing was a trouble they took care of everything . Just top service with a smile . Thankyou.

Couldn't have been better.
Wipe their feet before coming in (which no one else seems to do here)
Took care in lifting my old bulky couch and where in and out in a flash.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I sent Richard a photograph of the stuff that required uplifting. In between sending the photo and Richard coming out, the pile grew significantly so I sent him another photo and promptly received a revised estimate. I have recently hired two skips for my home redevelopment and only wished I knew about Richard earlier. Several reviewers have commented on his professional manner (it's true) but equally as impressive is the speed of service. We live in Dennistoun.

Will definitely use again and encourage others to do so too.

Richard removed a very heavy old couch and a washing machine from our home. Communications beforehand were prompt and friendly. He was very punctual and polite and, more importantly, very professional: he had the items up and out of our home in zip time without any disturbance, even pausing to return our cat who obviously felt safe heading off with him and the old sofa he loved! The service cost less than some van hire companies ask for. We were extremely satisfied with the service Richard provided and will definitely turn to him again when we need to. We cannot recommend Richard and his work highly enough. A great job done for which we are very, very grateful.

He planned to come collect the items just a few days after I initially contacted him.

I had a garage full of forty years of accumulated rubbish, shelving and wood.

Contacted Richard yesterday evening, by this morning he had completely cleared the garage and removed all the contents in his van.

Richard gave a quote based on photo. His estimate was bang on load wise, he arrived at time stated, and was very competitively priced. Found him easy to deal with via phone/txt and both him and his partner were very friendly guys. Area was also swept clean. I would use them again without hesitation.

Brilliant service - asked Richard to uplift a 3 piece suite from a 1st floor flat. It wasn't very easy to remove but Richard and his colleague were so professional and got the job done quickly. We had a whole bunch of unpleasant rubbish shoved awkwardly beside our shed-- mostly old rotten fence with nails in and some other junk, quite a mess. Richard came with another fellow and they took away the lot of it very neatly. I would definitely recommend Richard's Rubbish Removal!
